What we collect
Your account details (name, email, sign-in identity) and the content you create inside a workspace: goals, tasks, projects, meeting notes, wiki pages, pipeline and investor records, and any files you upload to the data room.
How it's used
We use your data to operate the product for you: to render your workspace, deliver notifications and update emails you trigger, and generate AI drafts you request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace content to train models.
Separation between companies
Every record is scoped to a workspace, and access is enforced in the database by row-level security tied to workspace membership and role. One company cannot read another's data.
Processors
We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: our cloud database and file storage, an email delivery provider for update and invite emails, an AI provider for drafting features, and optional integrations you connect yourself (calendar, chat).
Sharing you initiate
Data room share links you create are unlisted, revocable, and optionally time-limited. Every open, download and revocation is recorded in your workspace's access log.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a workspace keeps it recoverable for 30 days, after which it is permanently removed. Deleting your account removes your profile and workspace memberships; workspaces you solely own are scheduled for deletion at the same time.
Your choices
You can export or delete your content at any time from within the product, and you can disconnect any integration from Settings.
