The 14-tab reality

Your company currently lives in nine places, and none of them agree

Goals in a spreadsheet

Set in January, opened in April, wrong by February. Drift is invisible until it is expensive.

Decisions in a doc nobody reopens

The meeting produced discussion, not owners. Two weeks later, nobody remembers who had it.

Deals in your head

The pipeline is a memory of conversations, and the forecast is a feeling.

A data room that's a shared folder

No idea who opened the cap table, or whether that link still works.

The investor update you owe

Three weeks late because assembling the numbers takes an evening you don't have.

No single answer to 'are we on track?'

The one question your job is actually about takes four tools to answer.

Execute

Monday morning takes four minutes, not forty

Overdue work, what's due today, quarterly pace against time elapsed, and your next meetings — one screen, no reconstruction. Quick-add a task without breaking the view.

  • Objective progress with the next milestone named
  • List, board and month-calendar task views
  • Meeting notes in, owned action items out

The roadmap sits next to the reason for it

Initiatives live beside the objectives that justify them and the customer feedback that prompted them, so 'why are we building this?' has an answer on the page.

  • Now / Next / Later board tied to objectives
  • AI clusters raw feedback into themes
  • Release notes drafted from what shipped

Raise

Run the raise like a process, not a scramble

Investor records, every interaction, a private data room with an audit trail, and updates that draft themselves from the metrics you already track — queued monthly or quarterly.

  • Investor CRM with interaction history
  • Scoped, revocable data-room share links
  • Recurring updates sent automatically

One console

Four pillars, one system of record

The same goal shows up in your dashboard, your roadmap, your campaign checklist and your investor update — because it is one record, not four copies.

AI that does the boring part

Notes into owners. Metrics into an update.

The AI here is not a chatbot bolted to the sidebar. It runs on the records you already have, and every output is a draft you review, edit and accept — nothing is written to your workspace behind your back.

Meeting notes → action items

Summary, decisions and dated owners you accept in one click.

Feedback → themes

Raw customer signal clustered into what to actually build.

Metrics → investor update

A drafted update in your chosen template, ready to edit and send.

Built to be trusted with the sensitive stuff

Workspace isolation

Row-level security scopes every record to its workspace.

Server-side roles

Owner, admin, member and viewer are enforced on the server.

Private data room

Documents are never publicly listed; links are scoped and revocable.

Access audit log

Every document view and download is recorded with a timestamp.

Questions

What founders ask before signing up

What is Founder Productivity?

Founder Productivity is an operator console for startup founders. It combines daily execution (dashboard, tasks, projects, meetings), product strategy (OKRs, roadmap, feedback), go-to-market (pipeline, campaigns) and fundraising (investor CRM, data room, investor updates) into a single multi-tenant workspace with AI that turns meeting notes into owned action items.

Who is it for?

Founders and founding teams from solo operators up to about thirty people — the stage where the company is too complex for a notes app but too small to run five separate SaaS tools with an admin to maintain them.

How is it different from a project management tool?

Project tools track tasks. Founder Productivity tracks the founder's actual job: whether the quarter is on pace, what a meeting committed you to, which deals are real, and what you will tell investors this month — with tasks as one layer underneath, not the whole product.

What does the AI actually do?

It extracts summaries, decisions and dated action items from raw meeting notes; clusters customer feedback into themes; drafts release notes from shipped work; drafts outreach for a specific deal; and drafts investor updates from the metrics already in your workspace. Every output is a draft you edit and accept.

Is my company data private?

Yes. Each workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security, roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) are enforced on the server, and the investor data room uses private storage with revocable, scoped share links and a log of every view and download.

How long does setup take?

Under ten minutes. Create a workspace, add your quarterly objectives and this week's work, and the dashboard is populated. Calendar, Slack and email integrations are optional and can be connected later.
