Terms of Service

1. Accounts
You need an account to use Founder Productivity. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for the activity of everyone you invite into your workspace.
2. Your data
Content you put into a workspace — goals, tasks, meeting notes, documents, investor records — belongs to you. We store and process it only to operate the product for you and the teammates you invite.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Founder Productivity to store unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk email, to attempt to access other customers' workspaces, or to probe or overload the service.
4. Fair-use limits
Self-serve accounts include limits on workspaces per account, AI drafts per workspace per day, and document storage. We may adjust these limits and will surface them in the product when you reach one.
5. AI features
AI drafting and extraction produce suggestions, not verified facts. Review anything you send to investors, customers, or your team before sending it.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
7. Cancellation
You can delete a workspace from Settings at any time; it is recoverable for 30 days and then permanently removed. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile and workspace memberships.
