Questions
Operator questions, answered plainly
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You enter card details at checkout and Operator unlocks immediately. Nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends from Settings → Plan and you are never billed.
What does a seat cost and who needs one?
Operator is $29 per editor seat per month. Only people who create or edit records need an editor seat. Viewers — investors, advisors, contractors — are free and unlimited.
Can I change seats later?
Yes. Adjust seat count any time in Settings → Plan; Stripe prorates the change on your next invoice.
What is the difference between Operator and Command?
Command adds recurring monthly and quarterly investor updates that send automatically, scoped data-room share links with a full access audit log, much higher AI and storage limits, and priority support.
Do I have to migrate data to upgrade?
No. The pipeline, contacts and campaigns are free, so your data is already in place. Upgrading turns the AI layer on top of the records you have.
