Everything a founder has to hold, in one console
Founder Productivity combines six surfaces in one workspace: execution (AI daily briefing, dashboard, tasks, projects, meeting AI), product (OKRs, roadmap, feedback, wiki), sales (AI CRM, quotes, quotas, sequences), marketing (briefs, content calendar, personas, channel analytics), customer success (health, renewals, onboarding, expansion) and fundraising (investor CRM, updates, private data room) — with one permission model across all of them.

Questions
Common questions about the product
What does Founder Productivity actually replace?
It replaces the stack most founders assemble by hand: a task app, a goals doc, a meeting-notes tool, a roadmap board, a sales CRM, a marketing planner, a customer success tracker, an investor spreadsheet and a shared drive for the data room. All of it runs in one workspace with one permission model, opening on a daily briefing of what needs you today.
What is in the AI daily briefing?
A greeting by first name in your timezone, a written summary of where things stand, your top three priorities, and six live counts: decisions, approvals, conversations, customer risks, opportunities and events. The counts are computed from your real records across tasks, meetings, deals, investors, feedback, campaigns, invites and Google Calendar. Each count opens a drill-down where you can open, complete, snooze or dismiss items. It is free on every plan.
Which features are free and which need a paid plan?
The execution core is free forever: the AI daily briefing, dashboard, tasks, projects, goals and OKRs, meetings with AI summaries, wiki, roadmap, feedback, a basic deal pipeline with contacts and campaigns, investor CRM and the data room. Three modules are paid: the AI sales layer (health scoring, follow-ups, SLA timers, analytics, quotes, quotas, sequences and lead import), the Marketing module and the Customer Success module. All three are included on Operator ($29) and Command ($79) per editor seat.
What is in the Marketing and Customer Success modules?
Marketing gives you AI campaign briefs that become dated checklists, a content calendar with AI drafting and repurposing, ICP personas and a messaging matrix, and channel analytics with an AI read on what to cut or scale. Customer Success gives you account health scoring with reasons, renewal briefs and forecast, AI-drafted renewal emails, onboarding playbooks that generate tasks, expansion tracking and retention analytics. Both are on Operator and Command.
How does the AI work on my data?
AI runs on the records already in your workspace: meeting notes become action items with owners, deals get a health score with reasons and a next best action, feedback gets clustered, and investor updates are drafted from your metrics. You review and edit every draft before anything is saved or sent.
Can investors and advisors get access without a paid seat?
Yes. Viewer seats are free and unlimited, so investors, advisors and contractors can read what you share with them. You only pay for editor seats.
How is workspace data kept separate?
Every record is scoped to a workspace and enforced at the database level with row-level security, not in the browser. Roles are checked server-side, and the investor data room uses private storage with revocable share links and an access log.
