We built an AI CRM for founders who sell between everything else
Deal health scoring, follow-up tasks written for you, stage SLA timers and forecast analytics — now live on the Operator and Command plans.
A founder-run pipeline does not fail because the founder cannot sell. It fails because the pipeline is a list nobody updates on a Wednesday, and by the time a deal looks quiet it has already gone cold. So we stopped treating the pipeline as a spreadsheet with columns and made it read itself.
What an AI CRM actually means here
Not a chatbot in the sidebar. The AI runs on the records already in your workspace — stage, value, days since last touch, next step, activity timeline, attached meeting notes — and produces things you can act on without typing.
- Deal health scoring: every open deal graded healthy, stalling or at risk, with a one-line reason and the next best action.
- AI follow-up tasks: one click turns the current deal context into tasks with owners and due dates, in your pipeline and on your task board.
- Meeting notes to follow-ups: attach a meeting to a deal and the notes become the next actions, not a document nobody reopens.
- Stage SLA timers: set a day limit per stage and the board flags deals that have overstayed before they die quietly.
- Pipeline analytics: weighted forecast by stage and close month, stage conversion rates, average days in stage, and health trends over time.
- Lead import: CSV or quick web form, deduplicated against existing contacts and deals, with AI dropping each lead into the right stage.
Why scoring beats reminders
Reminders assume you already know which deal matters. Scoring answers the question you actually have on Monday: of the eleven open deals, which three deserve the next hour? The model reads recency, stage age against your SLA, whether a next step exists, and what the last activity said — then commits to an opinion instead of surfacing everything equally.
The point is not more data about your pipeline. The point is fewer decisions about where the next hour goes.
You control the tone and the volume
Workspace admins set the follow-up tone, which task types the AI is allowed to create, and the maximum number of tasks per suggestion. Set it to two terse tasks per deal and that is what you get. Every output is still a draft you accept, edit or throw away.
What is free and what is paid
The pipeline itself stays free: stages, deal values, contacts, activity timeline, campaigns and the weighted forecast on the board. The intelligence layer — scoring, AI follow-ups, meeting-note follow-ups, SLA timers, analytics with CSV export and lead import — is on Operator at $29 and Command at $79 per editor seat per month. Viewer seats remain free and unlimited.
Because the pipeline is free, there is nothing to migrate when you upgrade. Load your deals now, and the day you turn on Operator the AI scores the history you already have.
